Don blends Native American ways of thinking with those of expanding America (during the white encroachment) in order to catalyze the reader’s understanding beyond modern cognitive reason. A wonderful story about a local native people who were/are as remarkable as the legendary Ishi and his people (Yahi/Yana heritage). Don is 250 pages into his novel, about 60% done. |
