Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant or Clinic Office Manager/for family practice: salary negotiable with option three year contract.
For Office Manager a Master's degree or Bachelors’ in Business Administration or equivalent and solid experience administrating a certified rural health clinic under the CMS-RHC program preferred. For Administrative and or Executive Assistant lesser degree and experience acceptable.

General Duties:
•Compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Rural Health Clinic (CMS-RHC) program.
•Compliance with all other state & federal laws and regulations.
•General bookkeeping and accounting via Quick-Books Pro software to include payroll and monthly federal tax deposit and quarterly reports (this takes about 12-16 hours/week).
•Annual edits of Office Manual Policies & Procedures updates and employee handbook (must be able to write policies well).
•Employee evaluations, in-service training, scheduling.
•Presentations before EDD judge regarding unemployment claims.
•Help CEO complete annual CMS-RHC Cost Reports and reconciliations and more.
•Update of billing CPT codes and maximum allowable and fee schedules in coordination with our billing company.
•Human resources and public relations and collections.
•Quality assurance survey and analysis of all staff to include providers and medical records.
•Professional and community networking.
•Updating referral list and recruitment.
•Develop Electronic Medical Records via American Medical Software (AMS) software.
•Business and technical writing via Microsoft Word.
•Create Excel spread sheets for tables and logs.
•Statistical presentations via Access/PowerPoint.
•Windows XP-Home operations and updating various software programs.
•Restoring desktops and all software as needed.
•Back-up all data for various software.
•Help maintain clinic Web Page via Publisher and Smart FTP software and expand.
•Staff meetings and Advisory Counsel Member
•Attend Rural Health Clinic seminars and stay current.
